Return Policy

1. Repack the item in the original packing materials and box within 30 days.
2. Ship the package to Specifix via U.S. Mail, UPS or best available option. Shipping returned items will be at customers expense. Please save your shipping receipt until you have received your refund or replacement item.
3. Credits will be immediately applied upon processing, but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles.
4. There will be a 15% restocking fee for each returned item only. For items that are returned and exchanged due to defects this fee does not apply.
